This program is a panel discussion featuring three of MBBI’s Board members examining the critical role that the judiciary plays in supporting societies threatened with the rise of authoritarian governments as well as examine the politicization of the judiciary and how judges can maintain an equilibrium in their decision making for issues of identity, belonging, and migration.
