Improving Racial Dialogue
The current iteration of America’s reckoning with race has created an acknowledgment that racism will not be eradicated without intentional, brave conversations about the historical, pervasive, and destructive impact of racism in America. In this 90-minute session, participants will learn about a framework for facilitating racial dialogue.
This overview will provide professionals with strategies to create psychological safety, demonstrate needed verbal and nonverbal communication skills, understand the impact of biases, and have more authentic conversations about and across race.
