Mindfulness, per Wikipedia, is the practice of purposely bringing one’s attention in the present moment without judgment — a skill one develops through meditation or other training. This conversation centers around identifying and reducing stresses in our lives and discovering tools and techniques to reduce stress and enhance mindfulness.
