On the Road with Everyday Democracy

We began this work as a small startup with a mission of supporting community conversations. With dedicated partners across the country and the guidance of our longtime Executive Director, Martha McCoy, we have grown to a nationally recognized organization at the intersection of participatory democracy and racial justice.

We are now reaching an important crossroads at which Martha McCoy will step down and our next leader will step in—and we want to celebrate this milestone with YOU!

Join us for a cocktail reception in Hartford, Connecticut or tune in virtually to celebrate Martha’s legacy, welcome our next leader, and imagine Everyday Democracy’s future.

This hybrid fundraiser will include speakers honoring our history and future, performances, and a silent auction. All donations will support our ongoing efforts to support racially just and inclusive local democracy nationwide.
