Perception v. Reality – Identity of the Community Mediation Center

This workshop will focus on how to keep your community mediation centers (CMCs) grounded in the community needs and able to address and cultivate needed systemic change so that all who seek justice may receive justice in a manner that is equitable. We will examine ways to bridge the gap between the CMC’s ability and the expectations of the community served.
