Facilitation Training for Rabbinical Students on Difficult Conversations Across Divides

Resetting the Table

Location: Online

*Restricted Attendance. Drawing on conflict resolution and mediation expertise, Resetting the Table’s Facilitation Training teaches a framework and skills for supporting participants with opposing views to achieve mutual receptivity even while going toward the heat of their differences. This training will focus on learning how to ask questions that unearth meaning, capture disparate parties, name differences, and build bridges among participants to create conversations of meaning, depth, mutual challenge, and connection while discussing significant differences head-on.

This is a private training for rabbinical students. If you are interested in bringing Facilitation Training for Difficult Conversations across Political Divides to your network or organization, please visit https://www.resettingthetable.org/inquiries.

For those interested in communication skill-building for difficult conversations across divides, Resetting the Table will be offering a 2-part workshop on 6/17 and 6/24 that is open to the public (with limited spots). Click here to sign up.
