Citizen Assembly (Solution-Oriented Civil Discussion)

This is a session of real citizen democracy. We take turns presenting various ideas for how to improve our society. We duly deliberate those ideas in a civil manner while maintaining real freedom of speech. And we build measurable support for those ideas so we can organize to actually implement the best solutions.
