State of the Union After January 6th

This month marks one year since the 2021 United States Capitol attack. Over the course of the past year, our nation has had to reexamine the state of American democracy in the wake of partisan polarization. 

For this first Conversationalist Series event of 2022, join Millions of Conversations Founding President and CEO Samar Ali in discussion with Rachel Brown, Founder and Executive Director of Over Zero, and Jason Dempsey, Army veteran and Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security. Our speakers will discuss the effects of January 6th one year later, the road forward, and the process of finding a path toward peace.
