Join the USC Dornsife Center for the Political Future virtually for a moderated discussion with students from Addisu Demissie’s Fellows Study Group and U.S. Senator Cory Booker. This conversation will take place on Wednesday, November 8 from 4 to 5 pm. Senator Booker and the students will debrief the documentary, Street Fight, a film about the 2002 mayoral race in Newark, New Jersey. Cory Booker currently represents the state of New Jersey in the United States Senate, the first African-American to do so. A member of the Democratic Party, Mr. Booker has served since 2013. Previously, he was the mayor of Newark, New Jersey.
