While restaurants and stores increasingly enjoy the ability to deliver alcohol to homes, alcohol producers themselves also are pushing to be able to deliver.

Direct-to-consumer (DtC) wine shipping has been legal in most states for several decades, but DtC shipments of distilled spirits and beer are still largely prohibited.
