What is Mindful Conversation?
Mindful Conversation is a transformational practice that challenges us to become more present in the flow of conversation – where we learn to deepen our ability to listen, increase our capacity for curiosity and compassion, and take more agency as active participants in collaboratively shaping the conversations we truly desire. It’s a practice for all conversations from the most common, everyday to our deepest, most intimate conversations
