Bridging and the Bottom Line
Foundation for Family & Community Healing
Location: Online
This event is happening for the National Week of Conversation (NWOC), April 17-23. Check out more free virtual offerings for events for workplaces and beyond here.
Conflict is expensive for workplaces. The cornerstone for avoiding it is healthy communication, which most of us feel is easier said than done. Join us to practice skills that not only avoid conflict, but lead to greater understanding, healthier relationships, and improved overall wellbeing for you and our team. Bonus – these skills are helpful beyond the workplace to all of the relationships that matter most in our lives.
The Foundation for Family and Community Healing (FFCH) is a non-profit organization that focuses on social emotional and resilience education to promote wellbeing and healthy relationships. FFCH’s founder, Dr. Susanna Calvert is a visionary, purpose-driven leader, coach, consultant, speaker, writer, and entrepreneur who inspires and enables others to make our beautiful future a reality together.
Her mission is to help individuals, organizations, and communities to become their highest selves and fulfill their deepest, most authentic purpose – our spark within that creates ripples throughout.
NWOC was created for those exhausted by division and hatred. You’re invited to bring your passion for issues in an environment where you can be heard. We welcome all Americans, across our many differences, into conversations that can rekindle relationships and help us relearn how to be the “we” we know we can be.
