Building Communities that Listen

WHAT:  
A webinar where you can hear from participants from the Fora Mobile pilot share and discuss their experiences with this new platform as part of a larger discussion about improving civic conversations. The session will show what an app-based solution to toxic division might look and feel like. In the Q&A portion of the event we will invite webinar attendees to imagine how they could apply these tools and methods in their own communities.

WHY:
Existing approaches to empowering communities to meet the challenges we face today can only get us so far. Our events present a modern approach that integrates best practices for building better conversations and new technology tools in order to build spaces designed to encourage people to talk to and learn from one another.

WHO:
Anyone involved in bringing diverse people together to engage in meaningful conversations, whether you work in local government, at schools, in faith-based organizations, in the media, or bridging organizations.
