Call on the Electoral Count Act

We hope you will join us for our next FixUS Conversation on Thursday, March 10th from 3:00 to 3:45 pm ET (12:00 to 12:45 pm PT) with guest Kevin Kosar, Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. We will discuss with Kevin the Electoral Count Act of 1887 – an obscure law that has been getting a lot of attention lately among those looking to shore up our democracy. Kevin will help give us an overview of what the Electoral Count Act is, why it is slated for reform, the options for reforming it, and where its prospects currently stand on Capitol Hill. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, which you can submit beforehand via registration (see below).
