CliftonStrengths as a Pathway Toward Celebrating Difference

This program is for anyone who has at least a basic understanding of CliftonStrengths. The seminar will begin with an overview of CliftonStrengths and its positive psychological foundation. As the seminar progresses, attendees will have an opportunity to consider the value that is found in learning about the strengths of others through curious and active listening. Additionally, attendees will have an opportunity to learn how to leverage these Strengths conversations as a pathway toward acknowledging and celebrating difference.
