How can we create a forward-looking vision of America?
U.S. Bahá’í Office of Public Affairs
Location: Online
Our office has observed a national conversation emerging over the last several years around the narratives of America and how they shape our sense not only of what has happened in this country, but what could happen. We have been asking ourselves and our collaborators: Are there narratives of America that are truthful, inclusive, empowering and forward-looking? What narratives would allow us to overcome polarization and build justice and shared prosperity? We would like to explore how such narratives might be constructed, what their features would be, and other related questions. We are bringing diverse people together in a series of small conversation spaces about these questions and would love to have your perspective on them. Please register if you are interested in participating in this conversation or a future one and we will contact you with more information.
