Facilitation Training for Christian Leaders

This event is part of a Facilitation Training for Christian leaders across the country. Drawing on conflict resolution, mediation, and chaplaincy frameworks, this training teaches techniques that support participants to engage in direct, open conversations across political differences. The training will focus on learning how to ask questions, give reflections, name differences, and build bridges among participants to create conversations of meaning, depth, receptivity, and connection, even while discussing significant differences head-on.
