This online salon/learning event will teach small – and not so small – tips, tricks and techniques from the world of reporters and therapists to engage yourself and others in those difficult conversations many of us want to have – but fear to initiate. This salon will help a positive outcome of any discussion!

Interviewing and therapeutic techniques are developed – in part – to get people to open up. In times where a lot of us have literally shut down, we do NOT want to hear opinions and viewpoints that trigger us – so how can we possibly engage in conversations that might push some buttons in others and ourselves?

This small online salon, set within a safe framework, will teach you basic techniques that skilled interviewers use to get people to talk openly and comfortably – and teach you to listen actively and without judgement.

If we put judgement into the game, the conversation is dead from the get go. Active listening is a skill. I hope you might learn to be more courageous in your conversations after attending this salon/seminar.
