How to: Racial Justice Journey

At The People’s Supper, we aim to strengthen our individual and collective resolve by speaking the truth about our experiences in the bodies and identities we occupy, and to create space to deepen trust and understanding of one another across racial lines. This training coincides with our Virtual Racial Justice Journey Guidebook, and will be an open introduction to how you might use this resource to connect with your community: be it your workplace, your neighborhood, your faith community, etc. We want to accompany you as you seek to set a table for a series of racial healing suppers. This training will cover how to think about who you want to gather, how to design the arc of a series of conversations, and how to organize and implement this in a way that connects with your particular group’s starting point and ongoing need.
