Drawing on conflict resolution, mediation, and chaplaincy frameworks, this facilitation training teaches structures and skills that support future clergy to engage in direct, open conversations across charged divides. The training will focus on learning how to ask questions, give reflections, name differences, and build bridges among community members to create conversations of meaning, depth, receptivity, and connection, even while discussing significant differences head-on.
