This event is part of a Facilitation Training series conducted for community and faith leaders in the DC area, offered in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Drawing on conflict resolution, mediation, and chaplaincy frameworks, this facilitation training teaches tools and skills that support participants to engage in direct, open conversations across charged divides. The training will focus on learning how to ask questions, give reflections, name differences, and build bridges among participants to create conversations of meaning, depth, receptivity, and connection, even while discussing significant differences head-on.
