Facilitation Training on Difficult Conversations Across Divides for Chicago Teen Educators

*Restricted Attendance. Drawing on conflict resolution and mediation expertise, Resetting the Table’s Facilitation Training teaches a framework and skills for supporting participants with opposing views to achieve mutual receptivity even while going toward the heat of their differences. This training will focus on learning how to ask questions that unearth meaning, capture disparate parties, name differences, and build bridges among participants to create conversations of meaning, depth, mutual challenge, and connection while discussing significant differences head-on.
