Speaker Bio:

Rtn. (Dr.) Pietro Uzochukwu Macleo is a Past President of Rotary Club of Abuja Wuse II, District 9125, Nigeria. He is a thought leader in peacebuilding works, the National Coordinator of Activating Positive Peace in Nigeria initiative, and Chairman of Gray Child Foundation. He is a Peace and International Relations Scholar, a chartered conflict manager, chartered diplomatic manager and Certified UN Humanitarian Fellow. Pietro is a Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Adviser for Peace and Conflict Prevention Area of Focus, a Rotary-IEP Positive Peace Activator for West and Central Africa, and Rotary Action Group for Peace Chapter Chair. He is a Member of the Nigeria National Non-Kinetic Operations Coordination Group and a Member of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre.

Rtn. Pietro moderates and participates in community-driven peacebuilding programs and key stakeholder engagements. He works extensively in P/CVE, CVR, EW-ER, DDRR, conflict transformation, and other intersections of peace values in Nigeria.
