STAR Voting is an innovative upgrade for our inequitable democracy, and Massachusetts is beyond ready!
For those familiar with Ranked Choice, STAR voting is the next generation, delivering on the same underlying goals, while addressing the known issues with the 150 old ranked method.
STAR Voting:
* Is fully Constitutional, in MA and nationally.
* Counts all ballot data. No exhausted ballots, wasted votes, vote-splitting, or sideways outcomes.
* No centralized tabulation. STAR Voting is tallied in two rounds only and ballots are counted using addition, at the local level. STAR Voting is fully precinct summable and compatible with all election integrity best practices.
