The Invasion of Ukraine–What It Means for Democracy #3

Location: Online

What does the invasion of Ukraine mean for democracy–abroad and at home? Join us for a series of 3 citizen-to-citizen conversations where we will help each other explore the different dimensions of what the invasion might entail for the prospects of democratic societies abroad and at home. These small-group conversations will focus not on the specific factual details, where few of us can be an “expert,” but on the broader meaning of what is happening. Each of us is an expert about what democracy means for us. Bring your questions, concerns, and thoughts. Together we will explore what the Ukrainian situation means from the perspective of democratic citizens. This 3-part Zoom series will move from exploring the issues to generating positive possibilities. Each event is listed separately, since they are unique. But they also build on each other, so please join as many as you can. These small-group online conversations will be facilitated by the Interactivity Foundation. The Interactivity Foundation is dedicated to fostering generous conversations where we can help each other consider diverse perspectives, think broadly and deeply about issues, and imagine alternative possibilities for the future.
