Veterans Speak: An Intergenerational Event

In honor of our country’s veterans, the Bay College Civics Corps in partnership with American Merchant Marine Veterans, The American Legion, Great Lakes Peace Center, and Waging Dialogue Proudly Presents:

“Veterans Speak!” An Intergenerational Event

This is a story-telling event with veterans of different generations.  Together, they will share their service-based memories and experiences to build a sense of understanding with each other and the audience.  Everyone is welcome!

This year’s event highlights speakers from American Merchant Marine Veterans and The American Legion.  The panel will include local veterans and those who served in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam.  The keynote will be delivered by author, internationally renown speaker, and World War II merchant marine veteran Mr. David Yoho.
