We believe the change we wish to see in the world starts within. Therefore, our theory of change focuses on how to cultivate the social and emotional growth of individuals so we more thoughtfully navigate the many roles we play: at home, work, and in the community.

Through experiential learning and peer-to-peer sharing, Citizen Discourse’s evidence-based methodology creates space and safety for learning and promotes the practice of healthy discourse skills.
