Based in Winchester, KY, East Kentucky Power Cooperative serves its member-owned cooperatives by safely delivering reliable, competitive electric power to approximately 1 million people across 87 counties in eastern and central Kentucky. The cooperative generates $1.2 billion in annual revenue while maintaining generation and transmission infrastructure that supports local communities and economic development.
