Mission is to effect excellence and equity in public education and serve as the advocacy organization for all public education employees. Based in Springfield, IL, IEA represents more than 135,000 members composed of elementary and secondary teachers, higher education faculty and staff, and educational support professionals, with annual revenue of $60.7 million supporting advocacy and member services.
