Bridging Movement Alignment Council

By building the capacity of our bridge-building field, together we can achieve broad mobilization of the bridging movement in order to shift societal conditions toward cohesion and collaboration, and away from division and hatred.

BMAC is a community of ~100 top bridging leaders who support each other and lean in together to reach new heights. Leaders of individual organizations invest their time and talent in BMAC Working Groups, our field’s engines of collective impact. 

BMAC is managed by Listen First Project, the backbone organization for collective impact to save our country from tearing apart. We connect the efforts of 500 Listen First Coalition partners bringing people together across divides. We manage national strategies and campaigns toward social cohesion and collaboration.
