National Issues Forums Institute

National Issues Forums (NIF) is a nonpartisan, nationwide network of individuals and organizations that sponsor deliberative discussions of critical public issues. Americans worry that the country is divided and political conversations are toxic. Public deliberation gives people the chance to examine a wide range of perspectives on difficult issues and to consider ways forward. Through NIF, convenors in communities, on campuses, and in classrooms can access a wide range of nonpartisan materials to help them organize and lead productive, impactful discussions.
