Parents Forum

Our mission is to foster caring, honest and respectful communications in families by offering a peer-led parenting program model to organizations invested in community well-being.

Parents Forum is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit peer-led parenting program founded in 1992 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 2022 it was granted consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

We partner with organizations invested in community well-being to help parents — and others involved in children’s lives — develop the awareness, skills and confidence needed to communicate effectively with children as they grow and change.

In Parents Forum we offer practical and affordable peer-led parenting education programs based on evidence-informed practices.
