Mr. Krieger has been in the senior services field for over 20 years and currently is the Chief Business Integration and Compliance Officer.
Mrs. McAlister has over 25 years of experience in healthcare finance. She began her experience at PSL as a staff accountant. She has advanced her career by serving in various financial leadership roles, including Controller, Director of External Reporting, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer prior to becoming Chief Financial and Strategy Officer in 2024.
Ms. Crawl has more than 21 years of experience in affordable and market rate housing, providing expertise in various government funding programs including Section 8, 202, 236, RAD, LIHTC, HOME, Tenant and Project Based Vouchers, VASH and multi-layered subsidy.
Deb Larkin is responsible for overseeing privacy and compliance practices, particularly in reimbursement, billing and contract compliance while supporting the enterprise risk management program.
Jessica Lelii is responsible for employee relations, employment law and performance management functions within the human resources team.
Jessica Sharer has more than 28 years' experience in skilled nursing care and aging services. She joined Presbyterian Senior Living in 2009 after serving in various clinical leadership roles. In her tenure at Presbyterian Senior Living, Ms. Sharer has held several key positions, including Director of Nursing, Extended Care Service Manager, and Director of Extended Care Services.
Malynda Hivner leads all aspects of real estate development for PSL. Her oversight includes site acquisition, land use, and zoning analysis, financial feasibility, packaging, grant writing, and closing; construction administration; and permanent conversation and transfer to operations.
Nicole Bowser has over 20 years’ experience in the senior services legal industry. She joined Presbyterian Senior Living in 2011, after spending several years in private practice representing healthcare communities and individual clients on elder law issues.
Todd Davis is responsible for all PSL accounting and financial reporting including financial audits, private and medical insurance billings, accounts receivable management, accounts payable services, and accounting oversight of Benchmark Therapies.
Mr. Davis has over 30 years of experience in aging services and has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 1993. Mr. Davis began his career with PSL in 2001 and has since served as Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Continuing Care Operations, and Chief Operating Officer prior to assuming the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.
Ms. Hershey has been associated with the healthcare industry for over twenty years. Once a dietary aide, she has advanced her career, serving in various leadership capacities.
Cindy Fox is responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Ms. Holt brings over 20 years of expertise in healthcare marketing, brand strategy, and experience design. As Executive Vice President/COO of Redeemer Health's Life Care Division, she led significant improvements in operating results and occupancy rates. Her innovative approach to customer experience and brand development has consistently driven growth in market awareness and performance.
Christopher Bailey has been involved in senior care services since 1993, starting in rehabilitation department support until entering into management level serving many levels of care in Pennsylvania and surrounding States including regional support multi-facility level management for more than 20 years in for-profit, non-profit, and governmental owned organizations.
Ms. Constant brings extensive expertise in philanthropy, with a proven track record of building successful fundraising programs and fostering meaningful donor relationships. Her experience spanning older adult communities, higher education, and community service organizations provides a strong foundation for advancing Presbyterian Senior Living's mission. With strengths in strategic planning and donor engagement, she strives to connect the organization's mission with partners and supporters who share in the commitment to enhancing the lives of residents and stakeholders.
Greg brings over 28 years of IT experience, in the fields of networking, AV, desktop, infrastructure and Cybersecurity. As the CIO/CISO of Shepherd University, he enhanced student, staff and faculty experiences by evaluating, upgrading, and integrating technology needs to meet the demand of a campus environment. His customer first approach has positively affected the campuses he has served.
Ms. Fenstermacher has over 24 years of experience in social work, healthcare and aging services and has been employed with PSL since 2005. She holds licenses as a masters’ social worker, nursing home administrator, personal care administrator and other certificates in memory support specific techniques.
Mr. Oathout brings 25 years of progressive experience in senior services and healthcare administration to his role. As Senior Vice President of Operations at Luthercare, he successfully led key initiatives, including campus renovation and expansion projects while maintaining excellence in resident care and operational performance.
