Nick Williams is the founder and managing partner of St Katherine Group. After moving to the U.S. in 2005, Nick spent nearly two decades in the finance world, working at renowned firms such as D.E. Shaw and KBC. This extensive financial background laid the foundation for his transition into real estate, and he now leads St Katherine’s development strategy, deal sourcing, and investment management. Known for his contagious energy and unwavering optimism, Nick has been instrumental in securing strategic partnerships and driving the firm’s growth. Emily Schmalholz is the director of special events for the legendary Capitol Theatre in Westchester, New York, and its inner sanctum bar, Garcia’s. Her love of music took root during her time at Emerson College, where she studied mass communications and worked at the radio station. She went on to spend seven years as a television producer at VH1, where she continued to develop her love for live music. This passion was honed through her independent event planning company, Life of the Party Productions; at Grand Prix New York; and at the New York Botanical Garden, the latter for which Emily helmed their winter events.
Brian was the manager of the Capitol Theatre ushers from 2012 until 2025 and worked 1,200 Capitol Theatre and Special Event shows in the theater. Brian dedicated his life to the theater during this time and amassed a significant amount of knowledge in regard to its history and operations. Brian is recognized by our regular patrons and has been a constant presence in the theater.
