Christine C. Quinn is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Win (formerly Women in Need), the largest provider of shelter, social services, and supportive housing for homeless families in New York City. Under her leadership, Win is giving thousands of homeless women and children the support they need to break the cycle of homelessness. Win advocates at the city, state and federal level for support that benefits lower-income New Yorkers and those living in poverty; and effectively challenges prevailing public and media perception of homelessness to drove more effective policy.
Chris Coffey is the CEO and Partner of Tusk Strategies, a New York based political consulting and communications firm. Before taking over as ceo, he led the NY and NJ practices, where he led major campaigns for companies like TransPerfect and Uber. In 2021, he led Andrew Yang’s Yang campaign for Mayor, before that was a senior advisor for Speaker Corey’s Johnson run for speaker and currently advises Congressman Ritchie Torres. Chris serves as chairman of The Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, and on the board of the Trevor Project. He guest lectures at NYU on City and State government and appears regularly on tv and radio as an expert on NYC politics. Crain’s named him as an influential LGBTQ New Yorker. Chris lives in Brooklyn with his husband and their two children.
Hillary A. Jury is General Counsel at The Battery Group. Previously Hillary was a partner at Wilk Auslander LLP with a focus on commercial real estate in NYC and throughout the United States. Prior to becoming an attorney, Hillary worked in the real estate development department of New Community Corporation in Newark, New Jersey, one of the largest non-profit community development organizations in the US.
Susan Teicher is a partner in charge of the wealth management practice in the New York regional offices of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. She is also the co-chair of the private client group for the firm. She graduated with a BA in Accounting from Hofstra University and received her Masters of Science in Taxation from Long Island University. Susan also sits on the board of the James J. Colt Foundation.
Sonia is a transactional commercial real estate lawyer who represents developers, retail companies, hotel groups, landlords and tenants, and family offices with the acquisitions, dispositions, development, ground and space leases, financing, and leasing of numerous types of commercial real estate assets, including mixed-use, residential, retail, hotel, and industrial properties in New York City as well as across the country.
Christine Bave is a Partner and Deputy Head of Sustainable Finance at Apollo. Christine began her career at Apollo covering issuers in the industrial sector for the Firm’s Global Liquid Credit platform. Prior to joining Apollo in 2016, Christine was a principal at Halcyon Asset Management covering similar industries. Before that, she was Vice President in the Distressed Group at Barclays Capital. Previously, she was an associate in High Yield Research and an analyst in Leveraged Finance at Wachovia Securities.
Jessica Bell joined KKR in 2022 and is a member of the KKR Capital Markets Co-investments and Partnerships, specifically focusing on global real estate investments. Prior to joining KKR, Bell spent five years at ING in London, focusing on European real estate and infrastructure loan capital markets. Her expertise in finance goes beyond United States borders, where she held various roles across U.K. real estate loan origination and risk management at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Bell’s expertise will be invaluable to steering Win’s financial strategy.
Having spent her entire legal career at Proskauer, Lauren Boglivi has developed a transactional practice on behalf of strategic companies, private equity sponsors and family offices. Transactions she handles include: mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies in the U.S. and internationally; buyouts and related financings; joint ventures; acquisitions of distressed companies; and growth and seed investment. Lauren’s leadership commitment also extends to serving as co-Chair of the firm’s Summer Program Committee and as a member of the Hiring Committee which oversees the firm’s recruitment efforts. In addition, she is a member of the Class of 1989 annual fundraising campaign at Wellesley College.
Julia Butler is a Managing Director in Real Estate at KKR. She was previously an Executive Vice President of Investments at iStar, a publicly-traded investment company focused on the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining iStar in 2004, Julia worked in the Corporate Treasury department at the Walt Disney Company in Los Angeles, CA. She earned a BA with honors from Harvard College, and now lives in NYC with her husband and two children.
Tracy Gamble joined Apollo in 2015 and is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Private Equity Group. Tracy is primarily responsible for asset management of the Firm’s U.S. real estate investments and is also involved in the diligence and execution of acquisitions. Prior to joining Apollo, Tracy was a Vice President of Acquisitions & Development with Loews Hotel & Resorts, where she was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of hotel acquisitions and management contracts. Prior to Loews Hotels, she was a Vice President with Lubert-Adler Partners where she had acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations responsibilities. She began her career with the Hospitality & Leisure practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. The Business Marketing Group drives business growth by shaping product development and building and shipping multi-channel marketing – from brand experiences, to business education, to scaled channels to sales enablement.
Kelley brings extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in private equity and venture-backed companies across a range of industries. Kelley is currently the COO of Catchment Capital, an industrials focused private equity firm. Prior to joining Catchment Capital, Kelley was CFO and COO at Burrow, a DTC furniture brand for five years. While at Burrow, Kelley led the finance, HR, operations, customer experience, logistics, and planning organizations. In 2024, Kelley helped lead the sale of Burrow to Havenly Brands.
Kayce Freed Jennings is co-founder of The Documentary Group, and Senior Producer of Girl Rising, a film and global campaign for girls’ education, as well as director of the Girl Rising educator program. Kayce was a producer at ABC News for many years, on the staffs of Nightline, World New Tonight, and 20/20, and based in London, Atlanta and New York. She now serves on the advisory boards of SOLA – School of Leadership, Afghanistan, the country’s first and only boarding school for girls; The Jimbere Fund, which supports rural women-led enterprises in The Democratic Republic of Congo; and The Bridgehampton Child Care and Recreational Center.
Ms. Katz is an Adjunct Professor at the Columbia University School of Architecture and Planning and the Principal of Silver Bullet Consulting LLC. Prior to joining Columbia, Ms. Katz was the Chief Housing Officer of the City of New York. As Chief Housing Officer, Katz was responsible for devising and implementing housing policy across the Adams Administration’s housing agencies, including the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the New York City Housing Authority, the Housing Development Corporation, the Mayor’s Office of Housing Recovery Operations and the Mayor’s Office to Protect Tenants.
Jasmine Kaur is a Food Safety consultant for Livekindly Collective. She also Co-Founded an Indian food kitchen called The Zesty Kitchen in 2020. In this role, she’s spearheaded the creation of sustainable cooking alternatives to many foods negatively impacting our health and the health of our planet. As a quality assurance professional, Kaur will provide valuable insight to assist with presentation and standards that are essential to Win’s mission of providing safe shelter and resources to NYC’s unhoused population.
Jessica Kearns is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York. She joined PJT Partners in June 2015 after spending 18 years at JPMorgan, most recently as the Head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group.
Caitlin Moscatello is a long-form journalist and author. She is a features contributor to New York Magazine, and has also written for the New York Times, Vanity Fair, TIME, and Harper’s Bazaar, among other publications. She is a co-executive producer of the documentary series, An Update on our Family, which explores the unregulated industry of family vlogging and the child victims at its center, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in June and airs on HBO Max this month. Her book, SEE JANE WIN: The Inspiring Story of the Women Changing American Politics (Dutton) was a New York Times Critics Choice selection, and was called “a profoundly inspiring work of journalism” by Apple Books. Moscatello is a National Magazine Award finalist for her reporting on reproductive rights and dwindling abortion access in the US, and also the recipient of a Front Page Award. She has a B.S. from Boston University and a Master’s in Journalism from Columbia University. She lives in New York City with
Pam Parker is an Independent Board Director, former President, General Manager, and Fortune 500 operating executive who transforms private and public company businesses in Financial Technology, Payments and Wealth Management. Pam retired from Fiserv as President of its bill payment business after leading the growth and financial turnaround in merchant services. Prior to Fiserv, she was Chief Operating Officer of RegEd, a compliance technology firm serving the financial services industry. Pam previously held Managing Director positions leading product strategy, platform development and client experience at J.P. Morgan and Smith Barney. Pam holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Economics/Japanese Studies from the University of Rochester.
Jennifer Ryan, Managing Director, is the Head of North American Distribution for Lazard Asset Management. In this role Jennifer is responsible for the Institutional Client Business, Consultant Relations and the Financial Institutions/ Third Party Business across the US, Canadian, and Offshore/Latin American markets. Jennifer is a member of Lazard’s Executive Leadership Team and co-Chairs the Global Sales & Marketing Management Group.
Nicole Sermier is an Executive Managing Director and Head of Residential Investments at Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. Nicole oversees Sculptor Capital Management’s investment activity across various residential strategies, including multifamily, senior housing, and affordable housing. Prior to joining Sculptor Capital Management, in 2008, Nicole worked at AIG Global Real Estate, Local Initiatives Support Coalition focused on affordable housing development, and Lehman Brothers in Fixed Income Research. Nicole received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Linda is a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at New York University Grossman School of Medicine. With a strong focus on undergraduate medical education, she has dedicated her career to advancing the field through leadership in the educational development of innovative curricula and assessments for medical students. In her most recent role as Associate Dean for Student Affairs, Linda spearheaded creating and implementing a diverse range of programs and policies to nurture the personnel and professional growth of NYU medical students. Linda’s background has endowed her with a range of skills in operating bureaucratic institutions where large-scale policy shifts occur, proving her aptitude to assist in the steering and development of Win’s policy agenda.
As CEO, Greg is responsible for the nearly $1B Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Victoria’s Secret Accessories, and PINK Beauty businesses. Since he joined Victoria’s Secret Beauty in April 2016, Greg has established a foundation for the business to deliver record sales, in 2018, and has paved the way for extensive growth in all three categories. Prior to joining Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Greg held the role of Executive Vice President and Global Head of Men’s and Licensing Merchandising for Coach. A seasoned merchant, Greg also held senior positions with Brooks Brothers and Gap, Inc. Greg is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Annie Weir is an independent fundraising consultant who develops and executes fundraising strategies for a variety of non-profit and political clients. Wing Yau is a New York-based designer born in the Pacific Northwest. Hailing from a background in sculpture at Rhode Island School of Design, she assisted NYC artists and galleries before falling into design. After making a series of necklaces based on textile sculptures, Yau developed WWAKE in 2012 with the intention of merging art with the intimacy of jewelry. In 2013 she launched her first fine jewelry collection, for which the brand is known for today.
Teodora Zobel is the Chief Investment Officer at Midwood Investment & Development. Midwood operates and develops real estate assets nationally. Zobel is responsible for all of Midwood’s investment strategy aspects, including sourcing, evaluating, and structuring new acquisitions and long-term capital planning. Prior to her tenure at Midwood, Teodora worked at Cushman and Wakefield in the Global Consulting group, focusing on real estate optimization strategies for a broad range of clients, and she worked with large-scale clients like Verizon Wireless and Mount Sinai Hospital in this role. Having worked on large-scale real estate projects, Zobel provides a large depth of knowledge in optimizing assets for multi-use potential.
Jessica is the Director of EU Equity Sales at UBS. She previously worked in European equity sales at Berenberg Capital Markets. Prior to joining Berenberg, she worked at Macquarie Securities Group and at ING Financial Markets, LLC. Jessica holds a BA from Wellesley College.
Sally Pritchard joined Tishman Speyer in 2018 as Chief of Staff to Chairman Jerry Speyer. In her role, she primarily supports Mr. Speyer’s philanthropic and civic work. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Sally served as Director of Legal Affairs for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, where she ran an office of 30 attorneys and mediators who provide legal advice and services to the judges. She clerked for Judge Barbara S. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, worked as a litigation associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP, and was a prosecutor at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Kelly Baillon is a footwear designer with over 12 years of industry experience. Currently, she is Design Director for Karl Lagerfeld & Donna Karan Footwear at G-III Apparel Group, and serves as Co-Chair for WIN at G-III. Before becoming involved with WIN, she co-founded The Blue List, a non-profit aimed at providing period equity for all those in need. Kelly also serves as Co-Chair for FIT at G-III, helping to grow the relationship between the two companies to give students and graduates of FIT’s Footwear & Accessories Department more access to the fashion industry and its leaders.
Gabriella Barschdorff, CFA, Managing Director, is Co-Head of Americas Pensions within BlackRock’s Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions (MASS) group. In this role, she is responsible for co-leading the team that delivers outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) and custom investment advisory solutions to corporate and public pension clients in the Americas.
Lisa Bevacqua joined Silverstein Properties in 2010 and is an Executive Vice President and the Head of Asset Management. She oversees the company’s 16 million square foot portfolio of office, multifamily, and life science properties. Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Lisa worked in acquisitions and asset management at Citi Property Investors (CPI), a real estate opportunity fund with over $600 million of assets under management. Prior to CPI, Lisa was a leasing broker at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, where she focused on the downtown Boston office market. Lisa began her career as a consultant at Accenture, where she worked on assignments aimed at identifying and implementing process and operational improvements at financial services companies. Lisa earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Boston College.
Samantha Davidson is the U.S. Leader of Mercer’s Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) business. In her role, Ms. Davidson will oversee Mercer’s OCIO business and team in the U.S., and will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, driving business development and managing and expanding client relationships. Previously, Samantha served at Goldman Sachs as managing director in the Investment Management Division where she focuses on primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities in global real estate.
Emily Stone Gelb is the New Executive Director Learning Partner at Teach For America, a national nonprofit which aims to ensure that every child receives an excellent and equitable education. In this role, she leads the onboarding and coaching of new regional Executive Directors. She joined Teach For America in 2007 as Vice President, Regional Operations where she managed a team of Executive Directors. Throughout her tenure, she has also led teams and projects focused on strategic planning, team operations and executive leadership and learning. Her career in executive coaching and development stems from a passion to support nonprofit executives in maximizing their personal and organizational impact.
Amy is a Senior Vice President in the New York Real Estate Debt group at Oaktree Capital. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2008, Amy was an associate in the Real Estate group at Morgan Stanley, where she focused on advisory assignments for investment banking clients and principal investing opportunities. Before that, Amy was a project manager on the Hudson Yards team at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Prior to that, she spent two years at UBS Warburg as an investment banking analyst in the Global Industrial group. Ms. Johannes graduated with a B.A. degree in economics and Latin American Studies magna cum laude from Wellesley College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She then went on to receive an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Stephanie Lyons is a Vice President and Banker in the New York office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Stephanie works closely with affluent families and institutions who seek first-class, sophisticated guidance for their complex wealth management needs and multifaceted goals. She brings the breadth of the Firm’s resources to bear while delivering thoughtful, customized strategies to clients in order to be a steward of their financial future.
Michelle is partner at Clifford Chance, practicing in the firms Financial Restructuring Group. Previously, Michele was counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Insolvency and Restructuring Group. Michelle has been involved with Win Partners since the summer of 2015 and has assisted in drafting charter documents and other matters.
Celina Apóstolo Merrill is an Executive Director and Portfolio Manager in the Emerging Markets Debt team of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and is responsible for Latin American corporate bond investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, she was the head of EM Corporate Credit at Van Eck Global. Prior to that, Celina was a Director of Latin American Corporate bond research at Credit Suisse, an Associate at TPG Credit Management and Greywolf Capital, and an Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Celina holds a B.A in Economics and a B.A in International Relations from Yale University, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Christine Murphy is a Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP. Christine’s focusing on commercial real estate finance. She has additional experience in real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint venture transactions. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2024, Christine was a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
Josh has spent his career in food as a marketer, general manager, and innovation leader. He currently leads the Product Innovation team at HelloFresh, working to bring healthy and convenient meals direct to families all over the US. He previously spent over a decade at Mars Wrigley, where he oversaw chocolate bar brands like Snickers and Twix. A committed and passionate New Yorker, Josh lives with his wife and two kids on the Upper West Side.
Nancy Scioli is the Senior Director of Operations at Ollie Pets. Prior to joining Ollie in 2017 she was a Management Consultant at Bain & Company in NYC. Originally from Boston, she got her BA from Tufts University in 2009 and her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2013. She lives in New York City with her husband and their toddler-aged son.
Jessica Sherman is Senior Vice President, Affordable Development at Douglaston Development, overseeing the firm’s preservation portfolio and affordable housing business development efforts. Prior to joining Douglaston Development, Ms. Sherman worked as a Leadership Fellow at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, focusing on regional infrastructure management and development. Ms. Sherman is a Board Member of the Public Housing Community Fund.Ms. Sherman holds her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, an M.Sc. in Social Policy from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Gabby Slome is the co-founder and chief experience officer of Ollie, a national company that delivers freshly cooked, human-grade food tailored to each dog’s nutritional needs https://www.myollie.com/about/our-story. Prior to Ollie, Slome served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Primary Ventures. Slome has also held executive roles at Vente-Privée U.S.A. and Primary.com. In addition to her career as an entrepreneur, Slome has written about marriage and motherhood for “Hello Mama” and “The New Haven Register”. She graduated from Columbia University in 2009.
Claire is a native New Yorker, and now lives with her husband, Francesco, son, Otto, and dog, Wanda in Brooklyn. She has spent her career across finance & start ups, and now works in early stage venture capital.
Sarah Tredwell is a New Jersey native and graduate of Northwestern University’s highly esteemed Medill School of Journalism, Sarah worked for The News with Brian Williams on MSNBC and as a general-assignment reporter for Fox News in Fargo, ND, before becoming the COO of Insider. She soon learned that life as a concierge had many parallels to that of a journalist, and, just as in the newsroom, the day-to-day at Insider is dynamic and the challenges are always evolving.
Emily Von Kohorn is Co-Head of the Global Real Assets Practice at Sheffield Haworth, a boutique executive search firm. Prior to becoming a search consultant, Emily worked in real estate finance at Tishman Speyer and Fir Tree Partners in New York, as well as at her own advisory firm while living in Istanbul, Turkey from 2011-15. Emily holds a B.A. in History and Literature from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Graduate School of Business. She lives on the Upper West Side with her husband, daughter and son and speaks very rusty French and Turkish.
Jessica Zaski joined ShopCore in September 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Transactions Officer. She has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience with transactions and building up street-retail portfolios. Ms. Zaski will lead ShopCore’s transaction efforts – including acquisitions and dispositions – working in close partnership with the Blackstone acquisitions and asset management teams. Previously, Ms. Zaski worked at Acadia Realty Trust as Co-Head of Acquisitions. Jessica received an undergraduate degree in psychology from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. In her free time, Jessica enjoys pilates, travel and hanging out with her two awesome kids.
